MY REGIMEN
My trainer and I do a combination of machines, free weights, medicine ball, mat and core exercises. After I train, I do at least a half hour of cardio. I also do an additional 3-4 hours of cardio per week.
I lost 20 lbs and my body fat has been reduced by 51%. My dress size went down from 10 to 2.
My SCULPT trainer showed me how to plan out my meals and how to make overall better food choices. I eat much healthier now. I even take a protein supplement.
My body fat went from 29.6% down to 14.3%. I have so much more energy and I feel great. My SCULPT trainer keeps me motivated and adjusts my workouts continually. Every workout is different. I never get bored.
The atmosphere at SCULPT is very welcoming. Everyone is friendly and all of the trainers are helpful and encouraging, I look forward to training every time I come. SCULPT is a truly wonderful place to get fit.
