MY GOALS
To lose weight, be able to participate on walkathons, races and dance again.
MY REGIMEN
I exercise 3 times a week with my SCULPT trainer and I do cardio between 4 - 5 times per week on my own.
Lost 42 lbs and I have much more cardiovascular endurance and overall strength.
I had a lot of limitations when I started. The first thing my SCULPT trainer did was to rehab me from past injuries. When I had my first workout I was exhausted and could not continue after 5 minutes on the treadmill. I just finished a 5 mile walk with the American Heart Association and I felt great. I was so proud of myself. I never could have met that fitness goal without my SCULPT trainer.
I used to be a wall flower at parties because I did not have the strength, energy, or stamina to dance. Now, I’m the life of the party and seek activity. I have more active friends and I am more self-confident because I can dance again and can fit into smaller clothes. SCULPT has changed my life.
