My SCULPT trainer takes me through various workstations. We use everything from machines to core exercises with the resist-a-ball. We focus on overall body strength with an advanced split program.


WHAT I ACCOMPLISHED

I have lost almost 30 pounds. I feel stronger, healthier, and more energetic.


IN THEIR OWN WORDS...

I learned to reduce portion sizes and make my own high protein, fiber rich low fat meals. I have also eliminated white flour and refined sugar from my diet. I supplement meals with protein shakes I bought at SCULPT. I have gotten excellent results!

I trust my SCULPT trainer, he always keeps my workouts fresh and fun while giving me just the right intensity. I feel very safe. I like the encouragement I got from him. I’m confident that with his help I will be able to maintain my new healthier lifestyle.

The SCULPT studio is clean, welcoming and the staff is always willing to help. They are determined to help me to achieve my fitness goals.
