SCULPT promotes a straightforward approach to establishing better eating habits by balancing your food intake and your caloric expenditure. Dual Accountability Core is a system of checks and balances that your SCULPT TRAINER uses to make sure that you stay on the right track. All your training sessions and nutritional logs are recorded and all your assessments are analyzed on a monthly basis. That way your trainer can make changes to your program as needed to keep you on target.
