The Dual Accountability Core is a system of checks and balances. DAC is the element of the SCULPT TRAINING SYSTEM that was designed to help you stay on target and get the most benefit from the Adaptive Training Core and the Nutrition Optimization Core. DAC enables your trainer to use core specific tools to monitor your eating habits, progressively adapt to your exercise routine and assess your results.


TOOLS OF THE TRADE

Your SCULPT TRAINER records all your personal training sessions on your ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING LOG. That way your past workouts can be analyzed and future ones can be created. This continuous analysis, allows for the implementation of a truly dynamic exercise program.

Your SCULPT TRAINER will also monitor your DAILY NUTRITION LOGS so that you can keep track of the composition of your meals. These interactive forms allow you and your trainer to make sure your food choices support your fitness goals by keeping a running tally of your daily intake of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and more.


A MOTIVATING FORCE

Being accountable to your SCULPT TRAINER assures that your program is being implemented as designed. In addition to analyzing data from your training sessions in the ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING LOG and your meals in the DAILY NUTRITION LOG, your trainer will conduct monthly assessments to record how your body is responding to the SCULPT TRAINING SYSTEM. Keeping appointments, tracking your progress, and being able to see results are the greatest motivating features of the Dual Accountability Core.

Being fit is a journey and sometimes we can get lost in the hectic routine of everyday life. That’s why having a SCULPT TRAINER to make sure you are on the right course is so important. The Dual Accountability Core is where your trainer charts exercise and nutrition using core specific tools to motivate you by showing progress. During your assessments you’ll get computerized reports that show your changes in weight, BMI, body fat percentages and much more.

The Dual Accountability Core is an essential part of the SCULPT TRAINING SYSTEM. While the Adaptive Training Core helps you strengthen your body and the Nutrition Optimization Core fuels your body, DAC maximizes your progress to ensure your body will become stronger, learner and healthier.
