The Adaptive Training Core is the exercise element of the SCULPT TRAINING SYSTEM. You can benefit from it whether you are coming back from an injury, want to lose weight, gain lean muscle, or be fit for life. Before you get started in your program, your trainer will do a series of assessments to determine your fitness level. Once complete, this initial process will lay the groundwork for the progression your entire program.
The Adaptive Training Core allows you to get the most from each training session. Your SCULPT TRAINER uses this core to train you in a different way every time. As you get fit, you'll move through new phases of training, which are completely different from the ones before. That way, your exercise program continually evolves, as you get leaner and stronger. Your body will never know what is coming and you'll never get bored.
